Only first field name appears in Excel 3.0 spreadsheet due to design.

Cause:

This problem occurs when using the 'Paste Link' command to link a table from Access 7.0 to Excel 3.0 or other earlier versions, and is because, for those Excel versions, the worksheet area to which to paste the table has to be specified before using the 'Paste Link' command.

Solution:

Select the entire worksheet before selecting the 'Paste Link' command. To select an entire worksheet, click 'Select All' at the upper-left corner of the worksheet.
